Definitions for Attributes

Professionalism The guide's courtesy and conduct, respectfulness of the client and their belongings, care for the environment and natural resources.

Safety The guide's ability to provide required safety equipment (PFD's, flares, navigational equipment, etc.), make intelligent and safe decisions, and protect the health and livelihood of all involved.

Ability The guide's ability to perform their intended service - i.e. was the guide knowledgeable about their field of work.

Flexibility The guide's willingness to adapt the client's ideas/suggestions so long as those ideas/suggestions were not unsafe or harmful to anyone or anything, and those ideas/suggestions were not unethical or illegal.

Overall Rating Overall, all things considered, how pleased were you with your charter experience?
